Mandatory Safety Agreement

If You Are Purchasing a Silicone Ring (BullRing, BigBull)

The BullRing and BigBull are flexible silicone rings that stretch to fit. They are not rigid. The following safety rules still apply.

By purchasing, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I will not wear the ring for longer than 30 minutes at a time, especially during initial use.
• I will remove the ring immediately if I experience any discomfort, numbness, unusual pressure, or difficulty removing it.
• I understand that even flexible rings carry constriction risk if worn incorrectly or for extended periods.

If You Are Purchasing a Metal Ring (BigBull Steel)

The BullRing™ BigBull rigid hardware system manufactured by FFX, Inc. is completely rigid, contains zero elasticity, and does not flex. To reduce the risk of physiological injury or medical emergencies, you must actively review and agree to the mandatory safety protocol, Terms of Sale, warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, return/exchange policy, recall/product-safety communications, and incorporated online/QR/video instructions before your order can be processed.

By purchasing, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I agree that I will NOT use or apply the rigid stainless steel ring until I have fully completed the mandatory safety testing protocol with the plastic sizing ring.
• I will wear the included rigid plastic Safety Sizing Ring to test the fit for a maximum of 30 minutes during both flaccid and erect states before using the steel hardware.
• If the Safety Sizing Ring causes pain, swelling, numbness, tingling, skin discoloration, decreased blood flow, difficulty urinating, or any other warning sign, I will unsnap it immediately, will NOT proceed to the steel hardware, and will contact support regarding a size exchange, product-safety concern, or other available remedy, without delaying emergency medical care if needed.
• I understand that the stainless steel ring has zero flexibility and may require specialized hospital emergency room equipment to remove if entrapment occurs. I agree to read the enclosed Safety and Usage Manual and current online/QR/video instructions before breaking the product safety seal or using the product, and I voluntarily assume the misuse- and noncompliance-related physiological risks and agree to the layered economic/warranty limitations, misuse/noncompliance assumption-of-risk terms, non-waivable-rights carveouts, and statutory consumer-rights provisions stated in those terms.
• I am at least eighteen (18) years old, have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by this mandatory safety protocol, the version displayed at checkout, the Safety and Usage Manual, the Terms of Sale, the return/exchange policy, the warranty disclaimer, the limitation of liability, and the incorporated online/QR/video instructions. I understand the company will log the version/date of the safety manual, terms, warnings, videos, recall notices, and QR-linked content made available to me, and that updated safety notices supersede prior instructions where they are more protective.

Health Exclusions (Apply to All Products)

Do not use any BullRing product if you have a history of or currently suffer from:

• Diabetes-related neuropathy, localized nerve damage, or decreased pelvic sensation.
• Blood clotting disorders, hemophilia, vascular disease, or if you are currently prescribed blood-thinning medications.
• Active localized skin infections, open sores, lesions, or Peyronie's disease.
• INTOXICATION HAZARD: Do not use while under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or prescription or recreational drugs that impair pain sensitivity, mental clarity, or physical coordination.
• NUMBING PRODUCT BAN: Never use in conjunction with desensitizing sprays, numbing gels, or delay lubricants. Pain is the primary indicator of tissue injury. Suppressing pain response violates manufacturer safety instructions.
